Investment Bank
We are one of the largest independent investment banks located in emerging markets.
We coordinated approximately 50% of the total IPOs carried out in Brazil between 2004
and 2011, and we were the main underwriter in number of operations, according to
ANBIMA (Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities). In terms of
total underwriting volume, we were the leading underwriter of shares by companies
listed on the BM&FBOVESPA in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2009, and the second largest
underwriter of shares in 2006 and 2011 (also according to ANBIMA). And in 2010 (again,
as per ANBIMA data), we were the main underwriter in terms of the total number of
negotiations effectively concluded.
Asset Management
We are the largest asset manager in Brazil excluding retail banks with more than R$
150.6 billion in assets under management and/or asset under administration. Products
include fixed income, money market, equity, multi-asset and private equity funds both in
Brazil and abroad, tailored to meet clients' needs as well as fund administration services
to third parties.

BTG Pactual is one of Brazil's leading wealth managers, with R$ 43.5 bn under
management as of March 2012
