Global Brigades is the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. It works with teams of student volunteers and professionals to provide sustainable solutions for the pressing needs of under-resourced communities.

The LSESU Global Brigades chapter is sending five teams of students to developing countries to volunteer with communities in areas of business, law, microfinance, public health and water. The Business and Law Brigades will be starting projects in Panama. The Microfinance Brigade, along with the Public Health + Water Brigade, will be travelling to Ghana in to embark on various projects aimed at sustainable development
